Daniel Gilmore Doctor of Chiropractic
Daniel is a committed health care professional in the Waterloo area and specialises in spine and joint pain solutions for his patients. Daniel's chiropractic techniques provide the foundation to correct the biomechanics of the spine and joints. Daniel is also interested in correcting soft tissue trigger points and tightness. Daniel's background is in AFL football, where he played professionally for the Fremantle Dockers for seven years. Throughout his life, particularly during his playing days in the AFL and University, Daniel received regular Chiropractic care from his father Ross who was a practicing Chiropractor in Perth for 32 years. This allowed Daniel to stay in peak performance and enjoy injury-free seasons.
As a result of his football days, Daniel developed a keen interest in Sports Chiropractic, and attributes Chiropractic Care as an incredibly important part of his sporting achievements. Daniel practices the Diversified Technique to provide adjustments to his patients, as well as in Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT). He also uses rehabilitation and soft tissue principles to give the patient the care they need by considering both injury treatment and general maintenance of ongoing complaints. Outside of the clinical setting, Daniel remains involved in elite levels of sport. Daniel coached the University of Sydney AFL in the NEAFL competition from 2012-2016 amongst other roles in AFL locally where he finds inspiration in leading and mixing with others in their chosen sporting aspirations.
